Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging as received.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Health and personal care items
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified by email when your refund or exchange is approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us support@realityfotos.com.
